What does my conference registration include?
Your conference registration includes group sessions with keynote speaker, Lisa Whelchel; your choice of two breakout workshops; all written materials from the conference; breakfast and lunch on Saturday; one night's stay at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center (double occupancy); a few fun gifts as mementos of your weekend; and lots of fun and fellowship!
Can I pay to attend just the conference and stay elsewhere in Myrtle Beach?

What if I can only attend Friday night (or just Saturday morning)?
From its inception, the desire of the conference planning team has been to create an environment for women to come together--away from the busyness of life--for solid Biblical teaching, fellowship and fun. The design of the weekend and the inclusive pricing reflect this desire because we believe that as amazing as any one session or speaker is, it is the entire experience that has the lasting effect of rest and rejuvenation. Obviously, important life events may arise and you may have to leave early or arrive late. We desire for these to be the exception and not the rule, and thus, we do not separate the hotel and conference prices.
I'm still nursing, can I bring my baby?
The conference planning team cares deeply about children, however, to keep your weekend free of distractions and as a courtesy to other participants, children are not permitted in any session (including nursing infants).
Can I bring my high-school age daughter?
Yes, we would love it!
My friend who has registered is no longer able to attend, can I bring someone in her place?
Yes. However, please notify us prior to the conference, or personalized materials (such as her nametag) may not be available. As with any attendee, space is not reserved until payment is received.
What if I have to cancel my registration? Can I get a refund?
Refunds will be given for cancellations received prior to January 1, 2012, minus the $25 processing fee. Due to financial commitments to the hotel, we regret that we are unable to refund registration fees after this date for any reason.
What if I have special dietary needs?
Please inform us of your medical dietary needs in the "Personal Information" section of the registration form.
What should I wear? What should I bring?
A confirmation will be emailed with all of these details closer to the conference date.
Can I stay Saturday night too?
Yes! Room rates are $112 + sales/tax for the extra night’s stay. You will need to contact the hotel directly at (843) 918-5000 sometime after December 15, 2011
Do you offer scholarships to attend the retreat?
Yes. It is our hope that financial circumstances would not prevent any woman from enjoying the Women’s Conference. Please mark the scholarship box on the registration form, and a member of the Women's Conference team will contact you. Please note that all requests remain confidential
